I am passionate about helping Churchfields create a nurturing environment where every child feels they belong and can reach their full potential. I will work with teachers and leaders to build an inclusive culture that fosters kindness, excellence, and wellbeing, while maintaining outstanding standards. I have delivered inclusive leadership training at Churchfields Infants and advised schools nationwide through a Government programme.  With expertise in EDI and experience as a Chartered Accountant, Executive coach, and grassroots football coach, I will combine strategic and commercial insight with hands-on support to help our children and staff thrive in a safe, inspiring learning environment.

Mr Sulola joined the Governing Body as a parent governor in October 2025.
