My name is Rosa Gomez and I was delighted to be appointed as Governor at Churchfields Junior School in July 2019 following my interest in the children’s safety. My background is in advice. I have worked for the Citizens Advice Bureau and as an advisor for refugees and asylum seekers. I am a mother of two and am visually impaired.

I am the local Councillor for Churchfields Ward. I sit on several Committees at Redbridge Council that focus on the needs of residents. My priorities have been supporting women, young people and disabled people in the area. I am eager to work on developing the potential of young people.
