Parent Teacher Association

The Churchfields Parent Teacher Association (PTA) works closely with the school and families to raise funds that directly benefit all pupils. Our goal is simple: to enhance every child’s school experience through shared effort and community spirit.

Events

Throughout the year the Parent Teacher Association organises discos, summer and Christmas fayres, Year 6 leavers’ party and other events. The events raise valuable funds supporting both Infants and Junior schools and they also foster a strong sense of community for both parents and children.

Fundraising

Thanks to the incredible support of parents and carers, fundraising has helped provide playground and P.E. equipment, sports team kit, gardening tools, plants, books, visiting story tellers, theatre groups, science weeks and more. Examples are:

• A foosball table in the junior playground
• New swings in the junior playground
• Play equipment for the infants school and nursery
