Eric from Year 5 recently took part in the London Youth Games Road Race Time Trials.

“At the Olympic Park there is a velodrome with a road circuit around it, which was used for the London 2012 Olympic Games. 

On Sunday it was used for the London Youth Games and I competed for Redbridge in the time trial. 

I had to cycle 2 laps (2 miles) as fast as I could against the clock. It was a really fun event and I would recommend it to other Churchfields’ students.”
