Epic Epping Forest

Epic Epping Forest

We got on a bus and travelled to the middle of Epping Forest to visit the Conservation Centre. The guides at the centre were brilliant in helping us understand more about the water cycle and river erosion.

We went outside in the beautiful September sunshine to explore and investigate how a river is formed. We even conducted a field study in Debden brook, using geographical instruments to put our new knowledge into action. Thank you very much for a great day out EFCC!

We went to the Epping Forest Conservation Centre to measure the river to see how fast it flows and how wide it is. We also looked at the clay and soil under the ground. The trip was really good because of all the things we did outside.
