Comic Relief

On Friday 13th March our school celebrated Red Nose Day 2015. Many events were being held.

At 8:30am an army of ridiculously red students swarmed into school with an overwhelming amount of funny faces. All children were wearing funky, funny faced noses to show their support to make their faces funny for money! Also being held at school was a Red Nose Day cake sale.

Another event was held by us and our friend Sam. This particular event was called the wet sponge and pie in the face marathon. Children queued up and put their money in a pot. They all stood watching and giggling while waiting for their turn. When it was their turn they picked a sponge (Year 3 and 4) or a pie (Year 5 and 6) then threw them in one of our faces (which was their choice).

The whole school raised £420 for Comic Relief.
