We are a group of creative individuals that work together to form the Art Ambassadors. Our role is to promote the arts, tell pupils and parents about art and cultural events, to engage with the wider community and to use our voices to contribute to quality provision in and outside the school. We also keep the school displays beautifully organised and ensure all of our work is presented to an exceptionally high standard.
Where the arts thrive, children and young people have ownership of their creating and performing and are encouraged to experiment and take risks. We are enthusiastically engaged in a wide range of arts and cultural provision which inspire us and give us joy. With a teacher, we explore and express our views and ensure other children can do this to contribute to their personal development and wellbeing. We also want to make sure our school environment remains spectacular and regularly monitor the condition of our corridor displays.
I wanted to be an art ambassador because I like art. I also want to promote art throughout the school. Art makes me happy. Making artistic bits of writing helps me to relax. I want to encourage other people to enjoy art.
