Online Safety Assembly
On Wednesday 1st February, our Digital Leaders delivered an assembly to the school about Online Safety. Our team of Year 5 and 6 computing experts taught the children about the ‘SMART’ rules, which explain how to be safe online:
S – keep your personal information safe.
M – don’t meet strangers.
A – don’t open attachments from people you don’t know.
R – only trust reliable people and websites
T – tell an adult if something online makes you feel worried or uncomfortable.
The Digital Leaders then held an Online Safety quiz where the school demonstrated their excellent understanding of how to be safe online!
Stay tuned for more exciting ideas and events organised by our Digital Leaders!
