Junior Travel Ambassadors TfL Competition
To mark World Children’s Day 2019 and to celebrate the power of children to change the World, Unicef and Transport for London (TfL) launched a competition to show and tell us what makes public transport great for children in the capital.
They asked children at Unicef Rights Respecting Schools and TfL STARS schools to create a design that will feature on the iconic TfL roundel and/or write a message for the TfL Thought of the Day boards.
The JTAs at Churchfields told their classes all about the competition and encouraged children to enter.
We had two winners, Hibiki and Phoebe, which was an amazing achievement as there were over 300 entries from schools all across London.
Their artwork is on display in North Greenwich bus station. Go and take a look!
Congratulations to them both.
