Videos featuring a range of exercises and workouts. You can choose exercises by: degree of difficulty, type, gender and whether equipment is needed or not.

PE Workout

Please encourage students to remain active during this period at home. Each day, Joe Wicks is doing a national live PE workout at 9 am on his YouTube channel.

Youth Sport Trust

With ‘active’ in mind the Youth Sport Trust are rolling lots of interesting games and ideas about how to keep children at home active.

School Games Active Championships

If you like a challenge and competing against other people, this national activity helps young people across the UK to #StayInWorkOut using the video-based platform powered by TopYa! New challenges are available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Competitions are set via videos within the School Games version of the TopYa! Active app. Just download the app and type in the Invite Code 23880.
